Our trans communituy is diverse. At FTM London we understand that this extends beyond those who are transgendered themselves to include friends, families, partners and admirers, various medical and psychiatric professionals and the LGBT communities and organisations who wish to, or indeed already do, support and are involved in the trans community. We also hope to offer support and information to these groups who may have various questions about trans identities.
At our AGM in April 2005 our members made changes to the constitution so we can now invite you to become an associate member of FTM London.
What are the benefits?
Associate members will recieve our bi-monthly newsletter, which is a place where we:
- Advertise the events FTM London plans and signposts other events in the trans community
- Run articles which debate some of the social and political issues facing trans men
- Offer reflection on some of the discussions members engage in at the monthly meeting without compromising codes of confidentiality
Associate members are invited to all open events and may also advertise their own services and events in order to encourage FTM London members to attend. Associate members may also want to contribute articles to the current debate around trans topics in the newsletter.
Associate members are invited to the AGM but are not allowed to vote on constitutional matters.

Download the form below and full members will vote in Associate members on receipt of the completed form. Most associate member applicants will be accepted except those who members feel are not in alliance with or respectful of trans men.
